As a flagship bilateral project, the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City receives close attention and strong support from government and commercial entities from Singapore and China. Preferential Policies and Incentives for Businesses

Singapore and international businesses can gain access to attractive government policies and incentives

Human Capital

With a growing workforce, a living environment for employees as well as comprehensive talent attraction policies targeted at talents, the Eco-City provides a productive working arena.

Innovation and Research

Next to Binhai-Zhongguancun Industrial Park (in collaboration with Beijing’s Zhongguancun) and home to Tsinghua University’s Institute for Electronics and Information Technology in Tianjin and upcoming China Nuclear Industrial University, the Eco-City is an ideal place to test-bed and conduct research and innovation.

In addition to these preferential policies, the average selling price of Eco-City’s industrial land is about 75% lower than that of Beijing, presenting a cost-efficient base in the North China market.
