The Singapore Centre is a one-stop co-working office initiative developed and managed by China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City. It is supported by Singapore’s Ministry of National Development, Enterprise Singapore and China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Administrative Committee.
The Singapore Centre serves as the first touch-point for Singapore and international companies looking to establish and grow their presence in the Eco-City, Tianjin and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle. Tianjin Eco-City International Business Alliance (TECIBA)
The Singapore Centre has partnered with United Overseas Bank (China) Ltd., OCBC Wing Hang Bank (China) Ltd., WongPartnership LLP, Beijing Dentons Law Offices LLP (Tianjin) and SBA Stone Forest Corporate Advisory (Shanghai) Co., Ltd Beijing Branch to form the TECIBA. Companies can tap on the business and advisory support by the alliance partners in areas of banking; business consultancy and legal services as they plan for their expansion into North China and beyond.

The Singapore Centre also organises regular market outreach activities and quarterly on-site, on-line seminars, webinar series and trainings for existing tenants as well as Singapore and international audiences to exchange and learn more about policies, regulations and doing business in China.
|i.||The inaugural China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Economic Forum was successfully held on 29 Jun 2022|
The inaugural China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Economic Forum, themed "New Economy in a Carbon Neutral Future", was successfully held on 29 Jun 2022. Organised by SSTEC, the Forum, which was held in hybrid form, showed support for China's "dual carbon" goals while complementing the Eco-City's efforts in green and low-carbon development. It also helped Singaporean and Chinese companies to gain a deeper appreciation of the growth opportunities, relevant policies and market outlook in the Eco-City.
The Forum was strongly supported by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), Business China, SingCham, Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Administrative Committee. About 500 government representatives, business leaders, industry experts, scholars and other distinguished guests from Singapore and China attended the Forum.
|ii.||China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Business Summit was successfully held on 22 Nov 2022|
The China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Business Summit, themed "A sustainable future powered by smart technologies", was successfully held on 22 Nov 2022. Organised by SSTEC, the Summit, which was held in hybrid form, announced key strategic partnerships and programmes to further enhance the business environment of the Eco-City. The Summit discussed the latest development in the digital economy and smart city development, and highlighted the Eco-City's business opportunities arising from smart technology in several industries.
|iii.||Singapore Centre Workshop on Smart Technology and Sustainable Development Solutions was successfully held on 26 Apr 2022|
The Singapore Centre Workshop on Smart Technology and Sustainable Development Solutions hosted by SSTEC, was successfully held in the Eco-Business Park on 26 Apr 2022, with more than 130 participating guests and enterprise representatives. This event aimed to assist international enterprises, including Singapore enterprises, to connect with market resources; promote domestic and foreign enterprises’ awareness of the Eco-City's high-quality business environment; encourage enterprises to proactively explore how their products and projects can support or be used in the development and construction of the Eco-City; and facilitate the implementation of high-quality projects in the Eco-City.
|iv.||Promotional Meeting (Tianjin) for the "Single Window" China-Singapore Cooperation Pilot Project was held at the Singapore Centre in the China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City on 16 Jul 2021|
The promotional meeting (Tianjin) for the "Single-Window" China-Singapore Pilot Project was held at the Singapore Centre on 16 Jul 2021. The "Single Window" was jointly launched by Singapore and China to promote trade between the two countries, provide support for foreign trade companies in their overseas ventures, strengthen international cooperation and create new competitive advantages. The exchange of cargo declaration data between the two countries under this project will help to prevent duplication of company data records and facilitate customs clearance procedures.
